about the only place i know of to find study guides or questions is the nclex prep books. saunders comprehensive review for the nclex-rn examination by linda anne silvestri is particularly good and comes with a cd that has over 4,000 questions on it. you should also check to see if the publishers of your textbook have an online companion website with study helps. it will be mentioned somewhere in the preface of the book. you usually need some sort of access code supplied by your instructors or the bookstore to get into these websites, but you are entitled to them because they are part of the purchase price you paid for the textbook. bug the instructors or the bookstore manager until they give you the access code. these websites often have chapter outlines, flashcards and multiple choice questions on them.

allnurses has a sticky thread with weblinks to help on basic patient assessment and some of the sites are really excellent. they are as basic as head-to-toe assessment all the way to as complex as what they teach in medical school depending on your choice of poison. here is the link to that thread in the nursing student assistance forum: https://allnurses.com/forums/f205/health-assessment-resources-techniques-forms-145091.html - health assessment resources, techniques, and forms
