can somebody help me how to make an evidence based nursing and where the websites that I can get the articles are especially about stress on postpartum mothers.

ebn, evidenced based nursing, is using nursing interventions that are supported as being effective by nursing research. what this means is that any nursing interventions you use to treat a patient's symptoms will need to be backed up by printed nursing research articles. these will be the rationales for using those nursing interventions. you can see examples of some ebn interventions in the ackley/ladwig care plan constructor diagnosis pages (http://www1.us.elsevierhealth.com/evolve/ackley/ndh7e/constructor/)

you will need to ask the research librarian to help you find nursing research on stress in postpartum mothers.
