where is everyone applying

for their first job...I am near Sarasota in florida and am wondering if anyone knows of any hospital that will WELCOME a new grad? thanks for the advice

I would try posting this on the Florida board also, but I would suggest a teaching hospital they usually welcome new grads.

I live in Michigan. I applied to the Oakwood Health System. They are striving to become Magnet and Top Ten best employers in the USA. Hospitals are clean, staff is well trained, and patients are treated with respect and dignity. I've done two nursing clinicals at the institution and find the employees happy and patients happy (as can be under the circumstances).
