ER said it all

I don't know if many of you watched ER thursday night, but this quote said it all for many parents:

"When your parents are gone you're an orphan. A spouse dies you are a widow or widower but when you lose your baby... there is no word for that."

at last some backstory on why banfield is such a bit##!

i loved seeing jerry, carrie, and "rocket" romano, however briefly, along with mark green. too bad they couldn't get elizabeth as well, but i loved seeing some of the old vets!

This season of ER is the best!!! I have always been a faithful watcher, but this year I really remember why I loved it when it ffirst came out. I loved the quote you mentioned. I was watching with tears streaming down my face. I am glad that Banfield may be able to heal a little now. I cannot imagine. I have two girls ages 4 and almost 3, and there really would be no words if I lost one of them.
