enjoy the job

I was unemployed for 1 year, decided to go into the healthcare field and got my Cna license.I don't know if its the facility that I work in but I dread going to work. When I get there and talk to my residents I am fine and like my job.Do you guys think its because I am getting back into having a job again.I have been working for a month and a half now.My Cna license took a lot of work to get and I want to go to a job that I love and don't mind going too.I am going to quit my current nursing home job and go to a different one.The one that I am at now doesnt pay good and I think they are still living in the dark ages we have to use towels to clean the residents when they have a bowel movement instead of wipes. They are trying to cut back. But the job that I start in 2 weeks is very different. Its a fairly new nursing home I will be getting paid more and I get free healthcare!!Do you think I will feel better when I start the new job?Any advice and tips will be helpful!!Thanks Guys!!

Well, getting into the swing of a new job can be difficult, and a lot of people hate nursing home work as it is. You might like this place better but even if you don't, at least you'll get paid more.

Thank you so much for the feedback!!You made a great point!!Thanks alot :)
