Ended up 265 Q

Took up my nclex RN exam yesterday and ended up at 265 quest.Because I can't wait for 48 hours for the quick results,I tried the pvt,I did the step 1,2 and 3 and ended up paying $200....since my credit card went through,does it mean I failed? Again for the second time???? So heart breaking....after those sleepless nights of studying.
