End of shift reports

If anyone has a wonderful report sheet applicable for an LDRP, please email a copy to me. My boss is interested in the type that you continue to use through-out the pt's stay. The one that we are using currently does not have enough room on it for a 3 day stay and the H&P just doesn't flow. Thank you!!!

We had a per diem who had worked at Brigham and Womens in Boston. While not an LDRP, she liked their pp flow sheet. Somehow it had everything on one big form so you could follow the mother's progress from birth through her d/c. I work in an LDRPpresently and don't think all the labor stuff has to be on the PP sheet. We have separate labor papers (one labor flowsheet) and then move to the actual hospital wide flow sheet.

If you have the PP sheet avail, please send it to me. If you have it, but not anything to transfer email, I can send you my address.

Thanks!

I don't have it and never did. I would suggest that you contact a nurse manager there and ask for a copy.

Thank you! I went to the website and sent a request for it just now via email. I hope it works!
