eligible to take DHA

Hi. I am a registered nurse on the Philippines. i graduated April 2012 I don't have any hospital experience yet, am I considered as a "newly graduate" and will I be eligible to take DHA?And lastly, I will work as a private nurse in Dubai hired by a private employer, wil that work experience be credited as a "work experience" for me to be eligible to take DHA? THANKS

Im confused with the two years experience needed to take DHA.please help me.
