Eclipsis Computer Charting

We will soon be getting the Eclipsis computer charting system in which we will all have tablet pc's. The goal is to go paperless. Currently our computer system prints out a sheet listing all the patients, their age, sex, diagnosis, and md and we write the pertinent information on each person which the charge nurse reads during report. We also obtain report off the previous shifts flow sheets. We confer with the off going nurse if we have any questions. If you use Eclipsis how do you handle report? How did the switch over go? What were the hardest things to get use to?
