Experienced people get treated the same way these days. Apply everywhere and go in person when the facility allows it and try to network all you can.

It sucks to not get feedback, but in this buyers market most people cannot be bothered.

Maybe do a mock interview with an instructor or other professional you might know and they can give you feedback.

Also, what are you doing appearance wise? Jewelry, clothing, any visible tats?

I wear a dress suit and small silver earrings. I usually get compliments from the nursing managers. I do have small ankle tat. I guess I can cover that up. Thanks

I feel your pain...I graduated in May and have been applying for jobs since February with not so much as a phone interview! I am hoping there is a job out there with my name on it and I will pray that there is the same out there for you! Dont give up and stay positive, something is bound to pay off.

Appearance sounds good, but i would cover the tat just to cover your bases.

Ok, what do you perceive your attitude to be like. Your language use? No slang or swearing or chewing gum or crossing your arms or acting know it all or being super meek? Body language is a biggie.

I am focusing on this stuff because your resume must be ok as you are getting the interviews. just need to figure out why you are not getting the job.

Thank you. No I do not cross my arms and an interviewer complimented me on being articulate. I occassionally cross my legs. And yes I always say I'm very flexible and ill take anything available. Thanks for the help.

Sounds like you have all that down pat. Are you looking only at hospitals or are you open to other stuff? maybe stopping in with resume's at facilities would be worth a try. What part of the country are you in?
