DUKE RN orientation

Hello! I was recently offered a position at duke regional and I was informed there is a week of orientation prior to orientation on the floor. Does anyone have any details on this for me? I suppose it's to go over Epic, insurance and such. The nurse manager also told me they certify you with CPR prior to coming onto the floor? Any details would be great! ?

You spend the week learning about your benefits health insurance, 403(b, EPIC, policies, mission/vision statement, parking, etc If you need BLS, you can get that done. Lots of generic organization stuff. I think there are breakout groups for nurses (as opposed to aides, physicians, resp therapists). I liked it.
