Hello again!

I am a nurse here in the Philippines applying for an immigrant visa in the US. My employer recently ask me to fill up the DS 230 form which consists of my personal details to be forwarded to the INS. A lot of people talks about Packet 1 2 3 4 in their application so what does DS230 stands and how many more months should i wait? and another thing my employer also applied for my NCLEX exam they told me i will take it in SAipan I checked on the pearsonvue web it was filed JUN 17 of this year and eligibility still pending, i've read in the guide for nclex takers that after 2 months that i haven't received an ATT you have to contact them regarding your application, it has been 2 months and my status is still eligibility pending what does it mean again?

Pearson-Vue does not send you the ATT letter, it is done by the Board of Nursing where you have submitted your documents to. Money should not be sent to Pearson-Vue until you have received your ATT loetter, depending on the state, it can take anywhere from 2 to 10 months, just as an average. If you look at the Pearson-Vue site, it says do not send funds, as they are only good for so many months.

You do not say which state that you are going to be working in. This makes a big difference as to how long that it will take.

If you go to http://www.visapro.com ---- there is a section on the lower left hand side where you can input your numbers and they will give you almost an exact processing time.

Good luck....................... :balloons:

You also don't say whether or not you have completed the English exams and filed the paperwork for the Visa Screen Certificate. You must have the Certificate in hand when you go for your interview at the US Embassy.

I have passed all the english exams and i already have my visa screen certificate. And i will be working in the michigan state. :)

Thanks!
