Drug references

Don't know if I should post in PDA or General - I'd like to get best responses possible and need more content info than PDA specific really. Feel free to move if need be. Thx.

Now that I'm finished with school and about to embark on my career in critical care, it's time to update some of my references which are pretty out of date by now.

While searching for the perfect drug reference that will be my new best friend over the next couple of years, I've stumbled across something peculiar. Hopefully the more experienced can offer their wisdom. Mosby has several selections: Drug Guide for Nurses, Drug Consult and Medical Drug Guide. Now I'm guessing Drug Guide for Nurses is best because it will probably include tidbits for nursing like don't crush or give on empty stomach, etc. Are there any other appreciable differences (What's up with the "Consult"? that is the one really throwing me off).

Also, I've seen an A to Z Drug Facts - it's considerably more expensive - does this equate to better?

I use a PDA and am familiar with Skyscape and they do have a nice selection. I had one reference (IV meds) under Mobipocket that is really nice because I can highlight things. Skyscape references don't offer this feature.
