Drug guide for PDA

Published

Hey I have a sony sj20 PDA it is compatiable with all the palm software. I was wondering were do you get the drug guides that you can download onto your palm? And how much do you cost if you know.

go to skyscape.com and pluck down 50 bucks for the davis drug guide, it is the exact same book that i carried in my paws when in clinicals, only available at your fingertips. it is also updatable, and for the first yr you get any updates for free.

warning, there are FREE SOTWARE TITLES out there, but remember-you get what you pay for.

Or better yet, save your money and get Epocrates for FREE. I downloaded it and absolutely LOVE it!!!! I just found out that my pharmacology instructor who is also an NP uses the same one. I couldn't afford to pay for a program and then stumbled across this one and I like it better. Every time I HotSync my Palm, it updates all the latest information and I use it constantly.

epoctates is wonderful@@@@ but you may want to try RN suite

from pepid.com it is not free, but i have downloaded both RN suite and Emergency suite and it far beats epocrates, plus they have a payment program if you choose to subscribe. pepid has been my best friend for the last month in the ER. xoxo Jen
