Dps blue card

What if you have a traffic ticket would that delay your blue card?

What is a blue card? I'm from AZ and have not heard of that. Do you mean the white fingerprint clearance card or is this something different?

I mean the DPS clearance card after fingerprints.

I've also never heard of a blue card. My fingerprint clearance card from DPS is white. I don't think having a traffic ticket will effect that unless you haven't taken care of it and now have a warrant because of it.

Unless it was a felony traffic ticket or you never paid and have a warrant, this shouldn't be an issue. I have a misdemeanor traffic violation from CA from like 7 years ago. I never paid a traffic ticket and forgot about it because I moved shortly after getting it. Found out when I got pulled over for suspended license. Yay me. After feeling stupid about it, paid the fine. Then 6 mos later (and 2 mos before my 21st bday) I got a misdemeanor minor in consumption of alcohol. Because again yay me and my stupid decisions as a youngster.

Anyway, all of that and I have an unrestricted level 1 DPS fingerprint clearance card, my CNA, have gotten a job, and have had no clinical background check issues for nursing school.

Basically, def don't worry about a basic traffic violation.

Just an FYI the fingerprinting process can take a few weeks. Some employers will pay for your card (mine did) . If you are in the job searching phase, I would recommend getting the card application started, also get a recent physical from your doctor, a TB test, CPR or ACLS , and CPI if you work in psych .
