Once you receive your DOT and SAMHSA licenses, what do you need to do to maintain those licenses? I tried looking for this information but could not find it.

It may help if you provide some more information about what specifically you are asking. The only DOT acyronym I'm coming up with off the top of my head is Department of Transportation, and I'm unclear how this related to licenses with in NP practice.
I'm assuming you are asking something about substance abuse treatment with SAMHSA license -- is this regarding DEA-X waiver for prescribing buprinorphrine for medication-assisted opioid abuse treatment? Or are you asking about something else?

You are correct about both things. Department of transportation and buprenorphine license. Do I need to renew it every year or two just like my nursing licenses? If so, what do I need to do and where is that information located? Thank you for responding.
