Does New York State require CNA retraining and/or recertification?

As a CNA, if I were to move back to Brooklyn from out of state does anyone know if I have to retake CNA courses and take a State Test before I can work as a CNA?

I got certified in KY and moved back home to NY a couple years later and never had to take the test or anything over again. I just got a hold of the people that takes care of all that (I'm sorry I don't remember who, its been awhile, lol) and they sent me a new certification card for NY.
