Does LA Trade Tech College have a long waitlist?

Hello everybody. I am currently in the process of doing my 3 sciences and a life span class that will be finished by the end of august. Doing my best to get all A's in the sciences. My trascript is not the best and i know i will have problems getting into nearby schools like Rio or Cypress community colleges... I know that LA Trade Tech takes nursing students on a first come first serve basis so to me, this seems like the best options for me but im sure other people feel the same way. Online it says the wait to get into the program is 2-3 semesters long. Does anybody know how accurate that is? I have the money to pay for private school but am doing my best to avoid that. Does anybody know?

Good luck, nick007!

Yes. It is accurate because they skip ppl. I applied june 2017 and they called me march 2018 but i didnt pick up because i was working. They didnt leave a msg and i thought it was a spam/ad. I found out 10 days after, so, I went to see them and the lady was out on a vocation. Called/emailed several times, no responses. Very unprofessional. That is why they have a short waiting list.
