Does anyone work for or know anything about facilities run by Fundamental?

Can anyone tell me anything about working for a company called Fundamental? They have some facilities near me and I was thinking about putting in applications with them. I know the info on the web and they seem to be into everthing from LTC to rehab. They also seem to be pretty spread out across the country. Has anyone out there actually worked for them? I am curious about how the benefits compare to other places, pay comparisons, company culture, etc. Thanks for any info I can get.
