Does anyone ever get refused by Excelsior?

I'm currently finishing up LPN school and would like to start on my pre-reqs for my RN ASAP. I have a few college credits I would like to transfer, but I also have a couple of F's on my college transcript. Does Excelsior ever reject applicants? My F's are over 13 years old, but I'm still so traumatized by the fact that my local cc is still holding onto them, that I'm terrified to think Excelsior might not. Anyone have any idea??:confused:
