DO LACCD SCIENCE CLASSES EXPIRE?

Hi everyone, just wondering how long are science classes good for? I want to wait for my Anatomy to expire so I can get a better grade, but how old does my class have to be for it to expire? I want to apply to Pierce, LAVC, LACONAH, COC, Pasadena CC, and LACC. If anyone can let me know that would be awesome. I tried searching and looking for info on this but can't seem to find anything.
