Dignity Health Interview Process

Published

I recently applied for a Dignity Health RN position and received an email from HR about completing their pre-employment math test. They stated that this is part of the interview process. I completed the test and saw that my status changed to "Manager review in progress" the day after, however this happened a week ago and have not been contacted about scheduling an actual interview date.

I was wondering if any of you are familiar with how the timeline of their hiring process usually works, and if I should follow up to HR about the status of my application.

I'm not sure if different facilities have different processes, but I was recently hired by Dignity in central CA. I was in contact with the recruiter regularly. I called and scheduled a tour of the hospital prior to applying so that I could touch base with the recruiter and introduce myself to the NICU dept manager. After that I applied online. After I applied, the recruiter contacted me within 24 hours and set up an interview. They sent me the math test a few days later. Once I took that, I emailed and asked how I'd done. She replied to me within about an hour and said I'd gotten 100%, and that she had everything she needed from me. I went to my panel interview. Once I left, I called her and asked how I'd done and she told me that I'd nailed the interview and basically to expect an offer, which I did receive and ultimately accept.

I interviewed with 2 different Dignity facilities and the process was the same at each and I did receive an offer from each one.

If you have not heard back, I'd contact the recruiter to inquire about the status of your application and further express your desire to work for Dignity. Good luck!

Do you remember the types of questions they asked you? Do you have any advice on what the best way to prepare for their interviews? Thanks in advance for all your help!
