Different types of nursing positions.

Does anyone here work for or ever do Bayada or other home nursing jobs? How about a doctor's office or surgi center. How much do they pay. The reason why I asked was that I have posted before about whether or not the peds floor is for me (I already did med-surg) or after reading these post is bed-side nursing for me. I work nihgts and reading from some of the post, that may be adding to my dislike, but there is NO moving on the floor. The days are filled with people who have been there for 15 years or more. I am not sure if the bed-side is for me. Any experiences from home nursing or doctor's offices? Also I want to say thank you to this site as it has made me feel so not alone in my times of hating my job. But also in wanting to do other areas.

Home Health usually pays more than hospital nursing. I did it for awhile but I kept getting sent to bad neighborhoods so I quit. I guess it would depend on where you live. I live in Miami, we have some raunchy areas
