DID IT

I finally make a move to the er,only prn.There were no full time openings for now so I took a prn and I'm gonna still stay fulltime on the floor.I figured I'd try to work 1 shift a week in the ED.I was told by a nurse that works in the ed that is hard to do prn in the ed because there is so much to learn and that only working prn it will be hard to learn it all.....Ive never worked the er but have been a floor nurse for 4 yrs...does anyone have any advice??????
