Demand for nurses in Georgia?

Hello! Just a couple of general questions. I am moving to suburbs of Atlanta from Chicago. I have 3 years of nursing experience, 2 of which at the acute hospital. How hard is it to get a job and what is the approximate pay? Here they start new grads at 26$/hour. Thank you for replies!
