Decisions to make

Nurses General Nursing

Hello, I am new in this site/community. I'm LPN/LVN who is thinking about going back to school for my RN but I have a lot of things going in my mind. I am currently working in a nursing home and had many experiences that really put me in trouble. One of those things is medpass. I'm really having a hard time with that. So, I want to know if the medpass that you do in this kind of facility has a big difference from the hospitals or other clinics. Also, I want to know what are things that you do if you are going to work in a hospital. Is it more enjoyable? I know when you are a nurse, stress is always there but is the stress more worth it if you are in the hospital or clinic? What are the varieties that I can expect in a hospital or clinics that might convince me to pursue my goals? It's just that working in a nursing facility is really really giving me such a hard time and has affected my plans about going for my RN degree. Sorry about the long content. Thank you.
