Debating and anxious with transition

Hello,

Sorry my this will be lengthy just to give an overview of my situation. I recently got my RN License. I graduated overseas and took my NCLEX to obtain my RN license here in the US. I was able to work as RN back home for 4 years in hospital setting and had to stop when I moved to the US. Since the move, I had worked as a caregiver then secured my LVN license awaiting to qualify for RN NCLEX. Fortunately, I was able to obtain my RN license last 2020.

I have been working as hospice case manager, field nurse for almost 4 yrs now. I was wondering if the transition to hospital setting would be hard given the experience I have. I hope somebody can give me an idea how it'll be or what to expect or if needed to do refresher course? thank you much in advance
