Dear nurses, please, I really need your advice!

Hello dear nurses,

:nurse:

I'm about to take my NCLEX next Monday, and I'm stressed out as it gets closer to that date! I would like to take any advice from you guys, how should I prepare for the rest of the week? What did you find helpful for yourself before taking the exam? Any specific areas that I need to review before taking it?

I would really appreciate you help. Thank you so much!!!!

God bless!:heartbeat

Everybody is different -- you have to do what makes you comfortable for testing. I'm the kind of person that studies right up until the last minute -- that is my comfort zone, anything else would increase my stress and make me crazy. Some people like to stop studying a day or two before and just relax. Do what is right for you.

If you feel you're weak in a test area or if practice tests indicate that you could improve in certain subject areas, you should do more studying in those areas. And be sure, as always, to get a good night's sleep before your test day and don't skip meals on test day. Good luck!

Thank you so much

Hi, My personal advice is to study, practice questions from Saunders! Don't try to study the night before of your test. And please control yourself. I know you will be nervous but try to think positive. Do not freak out, that is the most important thing. I have known people that have failed because they were freaking out while taking the test and also very nervous...Good wishes.
