Hi. I am going to take the TEAS today and hope to get accepted into the Bridge Program in the fall in Sandersville for Darton college. I am still lacking two classes- Microbiology and PE. I have looked at the Microbiology course before and it looks like there is a lab class that is scheduled for attendance in Albany every Saturday. I live three hours from Albany. I really do not want to do that if I can find another alternative. I emailed the instructor and the advisor about it a while back and I never got a response. Am I mistaken or can that class be taken completely online? I was wanting some advice from others about the class if they took it through Darton. Also, I know the nursing class meets one day a week. Is it always the same day? Will the class of 2014 meet on the same day as the class of 2013 or how does that work? I have looked at the website, but I don't see any information about what day it is. I'm working as well and I'm trying to arrange my schedule so that it is doable for me. Thanks for your help.
I only need to complete the pe which i will do while in the program this fall, however i completed all other classes at chatt tech in Marietta and transferred them to darton do that while waiting!
I am currently taking the Micro class online. But there is a Saturday lab. There is no way at Darton to take Micro without the on campus lab due to importance of your interaction with the Microbes & various other lab activities.
