Daily assignment sheet

I work day shift at a prison and corizon has taken it over. My old supervisor would give us a daily assignment sheet. This really helped the nurses stay focused and it seemed to decrease the arguing about who does what when it needs to be done. My new supervisor will not write an assignment sheet stating you should work together and not need a sheet. Nice idea, unfotunitely, we have some lazy nurses who bully you into doing most of the work. How can I get my supervisor to write a daily assignment that is weighted properly. Her do-nothing approach has cultivated a hostile working enviornment. Pls help.

Thank you I finally get it. Thanks all of you. I was trapped in a workplace victim role. I put myself there.i will remember to set clear boundries in my next position, in the hopes that standing strong and not allowing them to take over my head will display my self confidence. Not to back peddle here, but, I think the supervisor intended to discourage me to leave. That's why she gave me the largest work load. I took it for a long time, and did a great job, I think she was kinda shocked at how much I could do with the bulk of the work load everyday. I've left and gone back to a nursing job with a company that has clear cut policies and has always been fair with me. I know it's bad, but I laugh to myself everyday thinking that she has to come out of her office and now do my job or motivate her lazy click to step up and rise to the occasion. I also learned about politics in the work place and if I'm ever in a job where I'm feeling mistreated, I'll try to work it out and stand up for myself, and if that doesn't work.....go somewhere else!!
