Who can tell me about CVS? I applied for CVS for New York State. But CGFNS dipicted in the website the transcript validation is needed. Which is transcript validation? CGFNS mails forms to my school, or my nursing school uses chinese tradition forms to complete validation???????????

CGFNS will send the forms to your school and they will be responsible for obtaining the needed paperwork from them. CGFNS will send all forms that need to be filled out. Nothing for you to worry about.

But please be aware of the new ruling that has just gone into effect, it will affect nurses from China, India, and the Philippines. This ruling goes by where you were born, not where you are currently living or working.

Thank you! I am now living in CHINA. But my petition was approved by USCIS. The next procedure is about National Visa Center. Can you predict I am influenced by the new policies? I have not passed TSE. I took the exam on NOV, 20th. But I feel bad. Now I am preparing for IELTS.

I cooperated with Whiteglove in NY City. The lawyer in NY told me to mail $336 to him. Last week a friend in MI mailed the money to him. I do not know whether he received or not? If he receives,he will send my documents to National Visa Center.He does not answer to my emails. I feel frustrated. I hope he speeds his working progress. I have been studied for one year. Whiteglove isn't taking care of all of your fees? I thought that they took care of everything.....

It is all going to depend on when your attorney gets around to sending in the fees...............just keep after the staff in his office. You are going to be right on the border with not having to wait the next three years or so.
