CVS application for NY BON

hello i am international rn. i applied the cgnfs for new york nursing board. they have received all my documents but they didnt receive the validation form from my school.what should i do? please help me. how do i print the form again (CVS)?

any ideas will be very helpful.

    Go back to the website of CGFNS. Sign in. Then click the order that you placed. Remember the 12 steps to fill up the application? I forgot if it was 12 or 13 but you can go back to that by clicking the menu in the right upper portion of your account. Just click the part where you can see "Submit these forms" bla bla bla. It's in the last part of the application. Then there you go download it again.
