Hello, I figured I'd start a thread for this application season since I have not come across one. I applied to TRCC this year. I'm really nervous as I did not get much time to study for my TEAS & got a 66 😔 I got a B in A&P1 but currently in the process of retaking my final to boost that score up. If calculated correctly I have a 3.6 nursing GPA hopefully higher depending on what they used for my elective. I know some people who have gotten in with similar stats as mine so I'm hopeful 🤞🏽

My stats are: TEAS: 85.3% A&P I: B+ A&P II: Taking it now and hating my life LOL Nursing GPA: 3.78 I'm super stressed about the wait to see if we got in. I hate that it takes so long from the end of the application cycle to them sending out decisions!

I contacted ctccnpadmissions@ct.edu they then told me who was in charge of processing my application, I called her and she told me what was needed. Her name is (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) out of NCC, I'm not sure if she is the person evaluating your application but I would def reach out to someone to check what's going on!

Thanks, I just sent an email! Hopefully all this gets sorted out soon. Someone in lab said they were told by admissions that decisions were going to be pushed out by at least a week. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen...

But makes sense since they're having such a hard time with this new system.

It took awhile, but a few days ago my application finally updated and showed almost everything as received except my transcripts, and as of today those are showing as received now too. The only thing left is my AP II grade, and I'm taking that class now. The bad news is I talked to someone in admissions and she said there's no way they'll be making the April 5th date for decisions, so it looks like we really will be waiting even longer.
