Hello everybody!
Anyone else applying for CSU San Marcos' Accelerated Bachelor's of Science in Nursing program? I am interested in applying for Spring 2017 or Summer 2017. Anyone know if the science pre-requisites must be done before applying? I am hoping that I'll be taking the remaining pre-requisites needed at a community college for Summer 2016 and Fall 2016. And I see that on their website, they advise students not to work during the program. Has anyone been able to work during the program? Does FAFSA approve enough loans to cover the whole program? Thanks in advance for your help!!:)

Hi jennifershlee! I'm also applying for Spring 2017! Just like you, I still have a few courses in progress when I apply this August. I'm hoping that they still consider our applications for Spring 2017!

I am currently considering to apply, but it seems like they have a lot of pre-reqs when compared to the other programs in San Diego... My first choice is actually WGU. But CSUSM is one of the other places I am considering...I just took my first TEAS today, otherwise i think I am done with most of the other pre-reqs
I wonder when the Summer 2017 term opens for applications.. The website has not updated a specific date yet for the summer cohort.. Good luck with applying (: Have you attended any information sessions?
WGU is for the online nursing degree?
A lot of people refer to is as "the online nursing program" and while it is true I think that phrasing is misleading - All the theory is online, but clinical a are held through out several hospitals in LA county starting on the 7th month and it is a 2.5 yr program :)
Ohhhh.. Interesting. Thank you for the information. I will look into that option (:
