Criminal charges

So I've recently been charged with 3 felonies non violent.... But not convicted!!! In the state of Ohio can they legally take me off the schedule till my court dates are over??

    That would be something to ask your facility's HR department about. You may also want to consult with an attorney versed in employment law. We can't give legal advice here.

    Another thing to keep in mind is the Ohio BON. Generally, BONs don't care about charges, only if you are convicted or plead no contest (which essentially is the same). However, you should double-check to see what the Ohio BON wants you to do in this case.
