Criminal Background

I am an ultrasound student and recently got pulled over for driving with a suspended license i was not arrested just pled "no contest" and paid a fine but it leaves me with criminal background. i am in the state of California will this effect me on getting my license from the ARDMS? :cry:

    Only the ARDMS can answer that question.. however if that's all you have, I wouldn't really worry about it. Have you checked their criminal background policy? Also, you can look into getting your charge dismissed after you've completed all your terms. (Talk to a lawyer about that.) Meanwhile, make sure you keep all your paperwork. It will come up and more than likely, they will ask you to explain and submit papers regarding these matters.
