wow! that is a great score! I think it will better than mine! I take my TEAS soon, so not 100% sure what my app points will be. Thanks for replying! Lets keep each other updated!

woo yall. that science was no joke!
just took it online, got a 85.3 overall- taking A&P first really did help.
I took a bunch of prereqs last year, and have a bachelors already (in theatre- I don't know how much it can help me ? ) My total application score is looking like its going to be 57.5.
Thank you for your reply! Wow. I don’t think I have a good chance of getting in. My app score will probably be a 45-46. ? It seems like having a prior degree will help getting in the program. My TEAS is coming up so I hope I do well. Any tips for studying specific topics in Science?

don't rule yourself out yet! no one is in till they're in- if you're actively trying to raise your score, you're already more in the game than most people. I've heard that a lot of people submit with nothing really done, so youre already ahead.
as far as science, I finished both A&P's - thats really the best thing that you can do first- its a LOT of material. and like, deep cuts of A&P, not just "what does the skin do?"
my friend recommended this site, it has videos that you color along with as she explains topics- it helped me a ton. I think if you did all her videos, and hit up some Chemistry and general scientific method stuff, it should put you in a pretty good spot. https://www.sciencewithsusanna.com/

Thank you so much! I am trying to have some hope. I have all my pre reqs done and I have been actively studying for the past 4 weeks for the TEAS. I test on 9/13 (I know, cutting it close to the deadline).

I sprung for the ATI study packet- I think it was worth the investment if you can
The comprehensive study packet? I got that one too. I also took the practice tests. The only subject I’m still uneasy about is the Chemistry portion of the test. Hopefully I don’t get a Chemistry heavy version of the test but I’m preparing as much as I can.

I had no idea how to "balance chemisty equations." I had to Youtube it this morning. for me, how I did on the practice tests they provided, and how I did overall was really close. I scored the highest on the real thing, so maybe they make the tests extra hard?
just officially sent in my application- fingers crossed! if you sent in transcripts for classes that count on the application that you didn't take at CPCC, and you submitted them before Feb 2021, be sure to add the unofficial transcripts to your application- the cyber attack made it really hard for the Nursing admission office to cross check the credits you earned.

Good to know! I will make sure to add the unofficial transcripts to my application. Thank you so much for the feedback! Best of luck to you!
I did it! I passed my TEAS and submitted my application! My total application score will be a 48. I hope it’s enough!
