Course exam question

So today I was taking my last exam in A&P1 today, was done 23 out of 40 questions when suddenly the website stopped responding. Thinking it was maybe my internet connection I logged into excelsior using my iPhone, still not able to log in. Website wasn't responding, nothing.

Finally about 2 hours later I was able to log back in. As I suspected the test timed out and posted a 47.5% to my grade. This would take me from an overall A to a B.

Has anyone else ever ran into this situation? I emailed my professor but haven't heard back yet, I'm freaking out!

They should reset it for you so that you can take it again. I saw several people post issues this morning with blackboard so it sounds like a known outage. In the future, have the tech support number handy- they can reset stuff like that for you when there's a known system issue so you're not waiting on your professor. :)

Here is the stats site that shows whenever there has been a known issue. As you can see, all of the site that requires login access (blackboard, my excelsior, etc) went down today for an hour and 56 minutes.
