Hello

Does anyone out there know whether an Australian nurses registration is valid in France or what you have to do to work there?

I am a RN5 with a Bachelor of Nursing . I was born in Versailles, France but my mother migrated to Australia over 40 years ago. I do not speak fluent french but I would pick it up after a few months. Is there somewhere in France that I could work in an english speaking capacity until my french became fluent. I also have duel citizenship (Both Australian and French). I have family in France.

I contacted french clinics and the British hospital over there (in french) on the 9th September, but have had no responses. Could someone give me the French Nursing Board where I could enquire? Thanks, Corinne:nurse:
