Confused regarding study tools

Hello and pardon me; I'm new here :imbar.

I plan to take the RN boards on the 23rd and the level of anxiety right now is killer. Fortunately I've been studying religiously since July with a myriad of study tools to prepare myself, with items such as Saunders Comprehensive Review 4e, LWW's NCLEX-RN 4000 reviewer, and Kaplan's book. All of which helped greatly, but what concerns me is how inconsistent the practice questions seem to be between them. Let me explain:

Using the CD software in the books, between Saunders and Kaplan I've been able to answer 75-83% correct using their exam modes. But when using the the Nclex 4000 reviewer, compared to the other's the style of questioning seem to be different, being suddenly relentlessly difficult and confusing, and I'm only able to get 60-75% of the questions correct . (I just got 63% on my last session, good grief)...:banghead:

I'm not sure if its that its simply becuase their from different companies or styles but if they're all supposed to prepare you for the same exam, why the confusion? Who should I trust as being more reflective of how ready I am and what I might see during the exam?

Thnx...

:hrns&wlcm: The most reliable indicator is yourself. Trust your gut. You'll know when you are ready. You graduated from a nursing school and all you are doing before NCLEX is reveiwing what you already know. Focus on knowing the content and rationals for the questions. No one reveiw course is better than others. Go with whichever one helps you to understand better the rationals. I would include in your studies, The Random Facts Sticky Thread. Good Luck and Best Wishes. :D Your scores are just fine. I had lower scores and passed.
