Confused about which position to accept

Hi guys,

I recently got my RN liscence so I was applying for jobs. I got a job offer in a hospital that is far up North (and Me and my husband have to move) and they are also sponsering me for Emergency specialized paid training. And the other I got a retirement home 15mins away from home.

At first I didnt want to work in the retirement home/residential but wanted to work in a hospital setting, but then this offer sounds good also so I wont have to move and I will be able to stay in the city and keep my second job too.

I dono if I am making a good decision.

Please help!

Thanks

What is your first instinct to do?

If you stay and do not like the new job, then at least you are in a familiar place. If you move and hate it, then would it be worth the move? Are you the adventurous type?

I am not one to move if I like my surroundings. But you are not me. You just have to find what you want in life not just in a job. Life can bring great things. It just depends on who you are and what you want out of life. Good luck to you.
