Anyone know of any good resources for conflict resolution?

You might want to check out the reviews on "Crucial Conversations" and "Crucial Confrontations"; I'm putting those in my basket for my next order to amazon.

Added: I found a review by someone who'd read them both, and they said the second, "Crucial Confrontations," though a rehash of the first, was the better of the two, so I only ordered that.
