Conflict of interest

Hello!

If I'm working at two different medical diagnostic agencies first one is taking one particular specimen for clients in Drug Court and the second one is in a hospital setting for different types of specimen considered a conflict of interest?

    I don't see how that could be a conflict of interest. Are you a nurse?

    To respect confidentiality, don't share any information about the patient from one facility to another. Don't mention anything when you see the patient either, to the patient or to anyone else including your coworkers.

    Hi!!

    Yes of course I've known that long time ago. But yes I know we all have to mention it to make sure everyone is on the same page. That's like sharing information or even talking about a patient in the same facility.
