CONCERNED.....HELP!!!!!

I just finished taking a 75 question assessment test from the NCLEX 4000 CD. I ONLY scored a 56% which I feel means that I am NOT ready to test. I have been studying the Saunders 4th ed CD and the Kaplan qbank and scoring in the 60-70's. I've been also reading the rationales but now I get this 56%!!! I take the test on March the 22nd and I'm REALLY feeling stressed out and depressed :crying2: because I am probably not ready. Any advice??????????????

THANKS in advance for any replies!!!!!!

Oh girl, do not worry I have gotten lower than that recently and pass!!! Just continue to read the rationales and understand why the answers are incorrect. Keep pressing on girl, you will do fine.

Thanks goodnursingstudent!! I just want this SO bad!! I appreciate your positive words cuz I KNOW I gotta think positive but this score is really worrying me!! aaahhhh

THANKS AGAIN!!!

nursingstudentstill- i am in the same boat as you are. i finished the qbank questions with only 56% average. i am really worried. i dont know if i should postpone my date or not. :(

I do not recommend doing the NCLEX 3500 or NCLEX 4000. I found that the questions were much harder than the Kaplan and Saunders. I scored very high with Kaplan and Saunders and I stopped doing the NCLEX 3500 questions. I passed. I do feel that the test I received has more Kaplan formatted questions and my friend took it, and her test had more Saunders formatted questions. So I recomment those 2 study items. Good Luck!

i thought nclex4000 is from kaplan?

Dont worry...Keep doing questions and reading those rationales its helps...i think you will be fine you still have time to do more questions before the 22 of march...think positive...Good luck!
