Concept Analysis... HELP!

So, I have to write a ten page paper Concept Analysis on Empowerment and relate it to my change project. The project I am working on is an awareness poster project with pamphlets that is designed to reduce stigma against people living and learning with disabilities in College/University. The poster also doubles as a resource because it displays the contact info for student services.

We are working with people who have disabilities, discussing their experiences and gaining study tips that they have found helpful in their schooling. The poster highlights their disability but focus on their successes like graduating nursing school. The pamphlets will highlight their study tips to help those with similair disabilities.

My question is... what should I discuss in my paper! Once I have an idea about what to write about that would help.. I'm just sooo tired of these papers... I feel like I don't know what else to say... HELP PLEASE!!!!! Thank you...
