I'm currently in an ADN program and looking at an RN-BSN program for when I graduate.
My eventual plan is to pursue the DNP route. The RN-BSN program that I am currently looking at is a competency based program through University Wisconsin -Flex program. It is accredited by the HLEC and CCNE and awards a Bachelors through UW-Milwaukee.
What I'm wanting to know is if anyone has pursued the DNP path after completing a Bachelors through a competency based RN-BSN program. I'm worried that these classes won't be accepted by a school that offers a DNP degree.
If it makes a difference the classes seem to have an 'x' after the course number, presumably to differentiate between a competency versus normal nursing course. (e.g. NUR407x, NUR408x etc.)
