Company advice

I'm currently looking for my first travel position and have been in touch with 3 different companies. FlexCare, Fastaff and HRN (part of Accountable Healthcare Staffing). Has anyone had experience with any of these companies that they would care to share? Thanks so much in advance!

HRN has a really great reputation. Flexcare not so much although some of their bad rep comes from local per diem (which gets a lot of complaints no matter the agency name). Fastaff pays well but unless you already know that you are a really strong nurse and adapt quickly... many of their assignments are not really suitable for new travelers. I'd suggest calling a few more agencies in addition to keeping HRN.

Thanks Ned! So far, I really like the sounds of HRN. I want to travel to Seattle (to be close to my family for a bit) and they have an office in Seattle that I have been chatting with. The recruiter at Fastaff didn't really seem to listen to me and talked SO fast that I had to keep asking her to repeat herself...I'd say that they are at the bottom of my list so far, even though their hourly rates are the highest. I'll keep looking around for other agencies... I really appreciate the feedback!
