Comments Needed on Nursing Shortage

Hi everyone,

I'm doing a paper on the nursing shortage, and would like to focus on the more "manufactured" reasons for the shortage, such as poor pay, burnout, job dissatisfaction, etc. I need some comments from real nurses, and not just research.

If you'd like to make a personal statement, no matter how small, on any of the following topics (or anything else for that matter), please send me a PM:

-Low/flat pay

-Burnout

-Job dissatisfaction

-Lack of respect

-Unsafe patient ratios

-Cost cutting measures
