CNA vs XRAY

Someone told me that being a CNA would help me in both the x-ray program and the ultrasonography? Would it help me here in Nevada being a CNA?

That depends on a few things if you are talking about getting into a program and the program has a points system and or clinical experience requirements then yes it will be helpful. I would check with the school about points and clinical experience before spending any money.

If you are asking if it will for passing x-ray and ultrasonography, then yes it would be helpful because some of the skills and knowledge will help with tests and getting through the material.
