cna transfer

I currently have an Arizona CNA license and wish to transfer it back to California. My cna license is active and everything is good in Arizona.It hasnt been 2 years since my California cna license been experied.How do i go about getting it transfer? Ive sent arizona a form to be sent to California stating im an active cna holder. help please

Actually it's the department of public health. Leave it to California to have three different government departments to deal with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. :banghead:

Wouldn't the test material be second nature to you, since you've been working as a CNA already?
